How do I place an order?
Add your favourite items to cart and check out securely. We accept major cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@chewchamps.co ASAP. If the order has been processed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we currently ship to all locations within Australia.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $125 AUD. Orders under $125 incur a flat rate shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–3 business days. Typical transit times: 3–8 business days (metro) or 5–12 (rural/remote).
Can I track my order?
Absolutely — you’ll receive a shipping email with your tracking link once dispatched.
Are your toys suitable for all dogs?
Our range covers most breeds and play styles—from gentle chewers to tough Staffies. Check each product page for size/strength recommendations.
What if my dog damages a toy?

How do I clean the toys?
Warm, soapy water and air-dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or dishwashers unless the product page says it’s OK.
Do you accept returns?

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email order details and photos to info@chewchamps.co. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement where applicable.
